Parking is dreadful, forcing residents to park outside the development after work. The multicultural area has unfriendly people and strict local authorities. The location suits commuting, but the area is otherwise strongly disliked.
Maintenance is good, the flat is nice, and management is helpful in this child-friendly three-bedroom house with three en suite bedrooms. The furniture was not brand new and they had to buy an oven for the kitchen.
An open, gateless but relatively safe development with good design but very poor construction quality. Resident parking is poor and visitor parking nearly impossible. Management considers the community in plans, and the spacious apartments suit four people in a three-room flat.
A hairdresser is conveniently across the road. The flat has a spacious balcony and a new, modern interior design. There is a park behind the complex and good greenery around.

A two-bedroom flat with no garage. Build management is good, though more traffic signs and speed humps are wanted. Parking is a nightmare for both visitors and residents, forcing the tenant to sell their car.
A well-liked, high-end environment cleaned weekly with weekly window cleaners and a friendly atmosphere, even in the older building. It can get noisy and dirty when children play in the shared space, but otherwise everything is good.
