Well-designed building with responsive, effective management — issues and repairs are handled quickly and parcels kept secure. Facilities occasionally fault but are fixed promptly.
Good, cozy apartment design with appliances including oven, dishwasher and fridge. The furniture looks nice but is impractical, with uncomfortable chairs and a hard-to-open wardrobe. The reception area remains unfinished.
The flat is well furnished, but move-in issues included an unattached door lock leaving it unlockable all weekend, internet wiring faults, and a wrong contract postcode. Promised facilities (reception, roof, lounges) are months overdue with no updates, and there are no parcel lockers until reception is complete.
Good property management and a well-designed apartment with efficient use of space, good-sized sunny rooms and nice city views. Facilities are still being completed.
