Sunday Mills is a well-designed development with a modern industrial-style look suiting the area. Apartments feel well finished with good natural light and practical layouts, and communal areas are clean, well maintained and secure. Management are responsive and communicate clearly, though response times can vary during busier periods.

Sunday Mills is a nice, modern building with great amenities including a gym, laundry room, pool table and co-working space with free daily coffee and fruit. The management team, including Ethelyn, Marco and Lexi, are friendly and helpful. The main weakness is a lack of community among the roughly 300 residents, though it is safe, quiet and well managed.
The studios are built to suit one person, with anything missing available in well-equipped communal spaces including a massive clean kitchen, living room and fully furnished gym. Management is caring and attentive, with no issues experienced.
The building is beautiful with thoughtful design and architecture, and although the studio is small the layout could not be better. There are many common areas for socialising or working from home. The Folk team members are lovely and welcoming, especially Ethlin.
