New building with a coffee shop, workspace, gym and parcel room; management is helpful and gives notice for checks. The only downside is the steadily rising rent.
The building's design is well liked, with many fitness facilities and frequent outdoor activities such as yoga classes and music-season parties. Communal areas feature comfortable sofas, displayed design books, and artists' paintings on the walls.
A large, brand-new apartment with perfect design and top-quality finishes, with wide common areas and a highlight top-floor kitchen and dining room. The common terrace needs more chairs and tables for working. There is concern the public cafe may let strangers near residents and the lifts.
