The development is nice and the area is slowly improving, with a nice, spacious ground-floor three-bed flat with high ceilings. Complaints include underfloor heating making the floorboards bobble due to Barratt's unsuitable choice, and a lack of balcony privacy despite repeated requests for a hedge.

Building and property management have unclear responsibilities, no estimates, follow-up or updates. Failures include the lift, doorbell and indoor facilities, with water once cut off for 48 hours and no help available.
The design looks outstanding and appealing. The main drawbacks are limited parking and balcony glass that is too short for tall people.
The penthouse's high wrap-around terrace blocks the view, and taller buildings going up in front block it further. The well-maintained gym lacks a reception, and parking is plagued by tailgating. Property management and cleaning are good, though requests are addressed only eventually.
The development design is amazing, with each development having access to private gardens. Building management is great and properties are well managed, with helpful, polite staff and residents. A resident of nearly three years really enjoys it.
The new-build Barratt apartment at Upton Gardens impressed the resident. Barratt guided them well through the sales process and provided very good after-sales care.
