Good flats and nice people, with the build-to-rent system handling daily needs like parcels and maintenance for generally stress-free living. Communal spaces suit working and offer a great view of London, with resident events provided.
An elegant, modern building with lovely common facilities, though the gym could use more cardio machines given the population. The concierge team is always helpful, and it is a good place to live and host guests.
The property is well managed with helpful, friendly staff, and the common areas are spacious and luxurious. Facilities are good, though a number of flat repairs have been needed; these are usually dealt with promptly once staff are notified.
Vantage Point offers gorgeous, spacious flats with ample storage, great internet and worthwhile views. Amazing amenities include a library, work station, rooftop, games room and gym. Staff are friendly and helpful, the central location near the tube is excellent, and the community is active and welcoming.
Vantage Point has been ideal over 1.5 years: everything works, the on-site team fixes faults immediately, there is no noise from other apartments, the bathroom is excellent, and storage, internet and the Res team are great. Downsides are summer heat, noise from drunks outside, a small fridge, no-dogs communal areas, and a high price.
Lovely, clean interiors close to many local shops, restaurants, Underground and Overground stations, and other amenities. The balcony view and the inclusive gym were the deciding factors. Recommended to anyone.
Vantage Point tower is beautifully designed with fantastic social space and incredible views over south London. Rental prices are high but cover extensive facilities and valued 24-hour service. Recommended for luxury living.
Vantage Point has delighted residents since move-in, with a perfect location and communal spaces nice enough to work from, avoiding a coworking rental. The team is lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful, and residents enjoy the social events and gym classes.
